What is your current processing time?

Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks but we always aim to get your order out as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that during the event of any type of sale the processing time can be longer than usual. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items but should you be unsatisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of the purchase. After 12 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded. 

Can I combine orders?

If multiple orders were placed within 24 hours I will be able to combine orders. After 24 hours, due to processing of orders, we won't be able to combine multiple orders. 

Do you offer PR codes & freebies?

We currently offer 6 different PR coupon codes that can be found on our instagram page @jkcreatesco. If you want to receive any of the PR freebies please make sure to put their name into the "notes to seller" box before checkout. Coupon codes cannot be combined and only one freebie per order is allowed.

My order was shipped but is not moving, what happens next?

Once the order has been dropped off at the post office we have no control over the shipment and therefore are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged  packages. But in case of a lost package please feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to find a solution with you.

Can I change my order/address after I placed the order?

After the purchase was made the order or address can not be altered so please make sure you carefully look through the items you want to purchase and provide the correct address. 

Info for international buyers

We are located in the United States. When ordering from us please be aware that there can be delays due to the package having to be cleared by customs and Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
